Royal Gorge suspension bridge offers tourists a spectacular view, 1,053 feet straight down, to rafters on the Arkansas River.  Besides a walk over the world's highest suspension bridge, the park offers a hair-raising ride across the gorge in a gondola car on an exhilarating incline trip down to the river below.
